Our year end results!
We've been trading now with $1000, since June (6/30) and we've been posting all of our trades live (every Monday) since September. If you've been following along you, then you know we've been upfront with all of our trades. Now let's review where we are, since we won't be trading again until the New Year.
Thanks to this last week of trading, we have successfully sold our WW stock at a profit! We now have our $1000 back in our pockets to use as we see fit (more trading in 2024!). We sold our stock at $9.00, and we purchased it at $8.50. That means we made $0.50 on each share of stock but remember that option trading requires you to buy 100 shares. Our profit then is $0.50 x 100 = $50! And we've been making money right along with selling covered calls. Therefore, our grand total is....

In about 6 months we turned $1000 into $1183! That is a 18.3%! If we had done it all year, that would be a whooping 36.6%. Where can you make those kinds of profits?!
